子宫内膜异位症在腹腔镜手术后并发症的观察及护理

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后常见并发症及护理措施.方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年6月123例子宫内膜异位症（EMs）患者的临床资料,术前给予心理护理和充分术前准备,术后做好并发症的观察及护理,同时做好针对性的健康教育工作.结果 经过有效、针对性的护理防范措施,无严重并发症发生,所有患者均康复出院.结论 采取全面有效的护理措施,对子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗和恢复有重要意义.

Objective To investigate the common complications and nursing measures after laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 123 patients with EMs treated in our department from January 2016 to June 2017 were given preoperative psychological care and adequate preoperative preparation. The postoperative complications of observation and nursing, and targeted health education were conducted. Result After effective and targeted preventive measures, no serious complications occurred and all patients were discharged. Conclusion The comprehensive and effective nursing measures is of great significance to the treatment and recovery of endometriosis patients.
