摘要
我国劳动关系基础理论研究一直以来未能突破对西方经典理论的梳理与反思,抑或将其他学科理论与劳动关系的经典理论结合在一起进行分析,鲜有从破立思维角度入手,对现有的理论重新进行反思且提出更加适应劳动关系变化规律的理论。本文旨在通过对西方经典理论的再思考重新挖掘经典理论中所谓"中心论"的价值,并基于此,从回归劳动关系核心概念的视角建构以互构论为基础的劳动关系分析框架。这一理论框架的建构更加适用于分析我国较为复杂、多变的劳动关系问题与现象。同时,本文也为我国在劳动关系基础理论研究提供了更多的思考与发展的空间。
The study of fundamental theory in labour relations in China still remains in reivewing and re-thinking the western models, or combining appraoches from other perspective with the labour relations theories. Less breakthrough can be seen in terms of proposing more adaptable thoery to explanation for the change of labour relations via reviewing current knowledge. The paper intends to create a new analytical framework from the view of interaction bewteen key concepts based on re-exploring the value of so-called "centric theories". This key-concept-centric framework is more conducive to elaborate on complex and dynamic labour problems. And meanwhile, the paper also provides more space for researches on fundamental theories.
