新时代法律英语复合型人才培养机制探究

Mechanism of training compound talents of legal English in a New Era

法律英语是涉外法律工作不可或缺的工具语言。法律英语复合型人才的培养时不我待。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义法治思想指引下,本文提出了构建新时代背景下法律英语人才培养机制的总体思路,从人才培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设、法律英语人才评价机制等几个方面分别阐述了构建人才培养机制的具体路径。法律英语人才培养机制构建研究旨在寻求解决涉外法律人才短缺问题的有效途径,研究结果有望为教育部门决策提供理论借鉴。

Legal English is an indispensable tool language for legal work concerning foreign affairs. There is an urgent and pressing need for the cultivation of legal English talents. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics for a new era,this paper proposes a general idea of building legal English talents training mechanism for a new era,elaborating the specific path for the construction of talents training mechanism from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum design,teaching staff development,and legal English talents evaluation mechanism. Research on the training mechanism of legal English talents aims at finding an effective way to solve the problem of shortage of legal talents concerning foreign affairs and the research results are expected to provide theoretical reference for decision-making of education departments.
