异柠檬酸脱氢酶在胶质瘤临床研究中的进展 被引量:2

Progress in clinical research of citrate dehydrogenase in glioma

摘要 胶质瘤是最常见的神经系统恶性肿瘤,异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)基因突变的发现为胶质瘤的研究指出了新的方向.IDH与胶质瘤发病机制的研究已较为深入,而IDH与胶质瘤诊断、治疗、预后等临床问题的关系研究逐渐受到学者的关注.本文通过总结IDH基因突变与胶质瘤的关系及其在胶质瘤临床研究中的应用,为胶质瘤的药物治疗提供新的靶点和研究方向. Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the nervous system.The discovery of IDH (isocitrate,dehydrogenase) gene mutation has pointed out a new direction for the study of glioma.IDH and the pathogenesis of glioma have been studied more and more,and the relationship between IDH and diagnosis,treatment,prognosis of glioma and other clinical problems have attracted more and more scholars' attention.This article summarizes the relationship between IDH gene mutation and glioma and its application in clinical research of glioma,and provides a new target and research direction for drug therapy of glioma.
