携氧机械灌注对于供肝保护作用的研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in oxygenated machine perfusion for liver preservation

摘要 近年来,为了缓解器官来源不足的困境,许多边缘供肝(比如心脏停跳后供肝、老年供肝、脂肪肝供肝等)逐渐应用于临床.相对于传统的脑死亡后供肝捐献,边缘供肝质量更差,术后并发症较多,这为器官的保存方法提出了更高的要求.携氧机械灌注由于可以循环供氧维持代谢等优点,逐渐受到移植领域的重视.本文就该保存技术进行回顾总结. Recently,to overcome the shortage of donor livers,many marginal donors (e.g.donation after cardiac death,old donation) have been widely applied.These donors are more sensitive to ischemia reperfusion injury leading to many postoperative complications.Hence,we need to developed more effective preservation techniques for them.Oxygenated machine perfusion has been paid more and more attention due to a continuous circulation of filtered preservation solution maintaining a residual metabolism by perfusing the organs.In the article,we review this technique.
