摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米硅溶胶,通过浸渍提拉的方法对骨质瓷釉面进行改性,利用红外、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和接触角测量仪等手段对未改性和改性样品的性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用浸渍加热改性方法能有效改善骨质瓷釉面性能,釉面由亲水变为疏水,提高了骨质瓷釉面易洁性。
Nano-silicasol was prepared by sol-gel method. Bone china glaze was modified by impregnation method. The unmodified and modified samples were studied by means of Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectra, scanning electron microscope(SEM), Atomic force microscope(AFM), and contact angle measurement. The results indicated that the method of impregnation and heating can effectively improve the performance of bone china glaze. The bone china glaze treated by nano-silicasol can be changed from a hydrophilic state to a hydrophobic state, which improved easy cleaning property.
