低速磁浮列车悬浮斩波器性能优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 电磁悬浮(EMS)型中低速磁浮列车采用的H桥悬浮斩波器,具有控制方法简单、稳定可靠等优点,但存在开关损耗大、变换效率低、输入侧电流纹波大、电磁兼容性差等问题。通过理论分析,在控制方法、器件选型、结构设计等方面进行优化设计,达到减少损耗、提高效率,改善电磁兼容性能等目的。仿真和试验表明,通过以上优化设计的悬浮斩波器改善了悬浮控制环境,明显提高了悬浮控制系统的性能,具有重要的实用价值。优化后的悬浮斩波器已在中低速磁浮试验车上得到应用,取得了良好的控制效果。 The electromagnetic suspension(EMS) type low-speed maglev train uses the conventional two-level H-bridge levitation chopper,which can be controlled easily,stably and reliably.However the disadvantages of the conventional levitation chopper are the switch loss is high, the conversion is inefficiency, the input current ripple is large and the electromagnetic compatibility is poor.The control method,component choice,structural design and other aspects are optimized, the theoretical analysis are given.Thus it can achieve the goal of reducing losses, increasing efficiency, improving electromagnetic compatibility,etc.Simulation and experimental results show that the levitation chopper through the optimization design above reduces the load voltage stress, improves levitation control environment and improves the performance of the levitation control system significantly,also has important practical value.The optimized levitation choppers have been applied in the low-speed maglev test train and have obtained a good effect.
