摘要
碧水源超滤膜系统作为深度处理工艺单元用于北京市高碑店再生水厂改造,该系统由进水、膜过滤、反冲洗等单元组成,处理规模为100×10~4m^3/d。国内目前没有类似规模的超滤系统,其日产水量大、系统复杂、施工空间有限等都是设计中考虑的重点。在膜系统调试运行过程中出现水锤、管廊支架晃动、加药装置泄漏、过滤器堵塞等问题,采取应对措施后得以解决。超滤膜系统通水运行约10个月后的性能测试显示,系统总体运行稳定,水回收率>90%,耗电量约0.1 k W·h/m^3,平均出水浊度约0.2 NTU。
As an advanced wastewater treatment process, Origin Water ultrafiltration membrane system has been used in the upgrading project of Gaobeidian Wastewater Recycling Plant in Beijing. The system consists of inflow unit, membrane filtrating unit, membrane backwashing unit, etc. The treating capacity of this system is about 100 ×104m3/d. However there have been no such scale projects to refer, and it is important to take into consideration its large daily water production, complex system, small oc- cupation of land in the design. Appropriated measures were in this project, such as water hammer, pipeline and holder tanking to solve the operation problems found shaking, dosing equipment leaking, and filtrator congestion. The ultrafiltration membrane system was tested after working for about 10 months. Test results indicated the ultrafiltration membrane system worked steadily on the whole. Water recycling rate was more than 90%. Power consumption was about 0. 1 kW·h/m3. Average effluent turbidity was about 0.2 NTU.
