摘要
西伯利亚联邦区在俄罗斯的"向东看"战略中具有举足轻重的地位,它同远东一起构成了俄罗斯未来设想的"新增长极",且从2014年以后俄罗斯政府对西伯利亚有很多政策倾斜。所以,了解西伯利亚联邦区的基本社会经济状况是未来同其合作的前提,在此基础上寻找共同利益点,并从实际出发着力推进区域合作,这也是西伯利亚一直努力的目标。
The Siberian Federal District plays a pivotal role in Russia＇s ＂Look East＂ strategy. Together with the Far East, the Siberian Federal District constitutes the ＂new growth pole＂ for Russia＇s future vision. The Russian government has had a lot of policy bias toward Siberia since 2014. Therefore, understanding the basic socio-economic situation in the Siberian Federal District is the prerequisite for future cooperation. Seeking common interests on this basis and vigorously promoting regional cooperation from the practical point are the goals that Siberia has been striving for all along.
