摘要
大数据技术作为新型的技术工具为政府消防安全管理机制创新带来机遇。以实现智慧消防为目标,构建基于大数据支撑的消防安全管理机制,包含管理过程中的数据采集、数据共享融合、数据挖掘和数据应用机制具有重大的现实意义。广州市天河区在此方面实践探索富有成效,通过大数据支撑,立体化掌握区域消防能力,优化消防安全管理资源,完善消防安全预警机制,提高政府管理服务效率,有效推进了消防安全治理体系和能力现代化建设。
Big data technology as a new technical tool brings opportunities for the mechanism innovation of government fire safety management. Building the big-data-based nre safety management mechanism, which contains data collection, data sharing, data mining and data application, is of great practical signlllcance tor the goal ot 3mart Fire. Tianhe District in Guangzhou City achieved a productive result in exploring the mechanism innovation of fire safety management by big data technology. It showed the advantages of mastering regional fire protection capacity in a three-dimensional way, optimizing the fire safety management resources, perfecting the fire safety early warning mechanism, improving the efficiency of government management and service, and pushing forward the governance capacity and system modernization of fire safety construction.
