国家治理是一项宏大的复杂巨系统,涉及人与人、人与社会、人与自然、人自身等子系统的内部治理与融合治理,特别是共建共治共享的协同治理。党的十八大以来,习近平尤其注重"四大生态"即建设风清气正的政治生态、山清水秀的自然生态、团结和谐的社会生态、包容自信的精神生态。它们既各有明确的对象所指又存在着深层耦合,立体化镶嵌于新时代高速增长转向高质量发展的经济建设实践中,是习近平治国理政思想体系的重要载体。"四大生态"建设蕴含着多元一体的系统思维,其在"问题意识"同源、"生成机制"同理、"内在张力"同构、"实践道路"同向中,彰显出习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的"生态协同"伟大战略。

State governance is a grand complex system,covering internal governance and governance of integration of people with people,people with society,people with nature,and people with other subsystems,especially synergy governance containing co-building,co-governance and sharing.Since the18 th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has paid special attention to the construction of＂four ecologies＂,which includes the elegant political ecology,beautiful natural ecology,harmonious society ecology and self-confident spiritual ecology.＂Four Ecologies＂,the important carrier of Xi Jinpings ideological system of governing the country,have their respective objects with deep logical coupling,thus three-dimensionally embedded in the shift from high speed economic development practices to high quality development for the new era.The construction of＂four ecologies＂contains the systematic thinking of＂unity in diversity＂,which constitutes the great strategy of＂ecological synergy＂of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era during ＂homologous problem consciousness＂,＂similar generating mechanism＂,＂isomorphic tension＂and＂practice road in the same direction＂.
