The Construction of P-L Model for Enterprise Patent Threats Early Warning

[目的/意义]完善企业专利威胁预警的理论与方法,解决传统专利预警方法的局限性。[方法/过程]以日本学者大前研一提出的3C战略三角模型为理论基础,从企业顾客维、企业自身维和竞争对手维三个角度确定企业专利威胁预警模型的评估维度,构建企业专利威胁预警的P-L模型,并分析其预警机理。[结果/结论]构建了企业专利威胁预警的P-L模型,该模型可以指导企业从专利产品角度对企业各项技术领域的专利威胁进行动态监测与管理,实现了对企业专利威胁进行更为全面的监测与预警。

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to improve the theory and methods of enterprise patent threats early warning and solve the limitations of traditional patent early warning method. [Method/process] Based on the 3C Triangle Model proposed by Japanese scholar Kenichi Ohmae,the evaluation dimensions of enterprise patent threats early warning model are determined from customer,corporine and competitor,the P-L model of enterprise patent threats early warning is constructed and its early warning mechanism is analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The P-L model of enterprise patent threats early warning is constructed,which can guide the enterprise monitoring and managing patent threats in different technical fields of enterprise dynamically from the perspective of patent products,and achieve the more comprehensive monitoring and early warning of corporate patent threats.
