The 40 Years of China Rural Reform:Review and Reflection

发端于1978年的农村改革,已经走过了40年的光辉历程。农村改革的巨大成就,不仅带来了农村经济社会的历史性变化,而且有力地支持了整个国民经济社会的深刻变革。农村改革的创新实践,不仅为我国成功实现经济体制转轨积累了宝贵经验,而且为世界一些国家实现经济转型提供了有益借鉴。本文将对中国农村改革40年的历程、成就和经验作一个初步的回顾和总结,并对今后一段时期全面深化农村改革的目标和思路提出基本看法,并围绕农村改革八个需要着力推进的重点领域和关键环节进行初步分析。

Beginning in 1978,rural reform has gone through 40 years of glorious achievement. It has not only brought about the historic changes of rural economy and society,but also supported the overall profound changes of the national economy. Valuable empirical knowledge has been gained in the social innovation practice,which has provided reference not only to the successful implementation of our country economic system transition,but also to the transformation of the economies of other countries in the world. This paper summarized and analyzed the experience and achievements of the rural reform of the past 40 years,and put forward some basic views and reform goals for the future comprehensive deepening of the rural reform. This paper focused on the preliminary discussion on the eight key links or areas where the rural reform needs more enhanced efforts.
