摘要
以对氯苯乙酮为原料,依次经酯化、酰肼化、成盐、闭环四步反应合成1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(4).在酸性条件下4与取代芳香醛反应,合成了6个未见文献报道的1,2,4-三唑硫酮席夫碱化合物(5a^5f).其结构经~1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证.
Using p-chloroacetophenone as raw material ,1 ,2 ,4-triazole-3-thione ( 4) was synthesized by four steps : esterification,hydrazidation , salt formation and cyclization. Under acidic conditions ,4 reacted with substituted aromatic aldehydes to synthesize six novel 1 ,2 ,4-triazolethione schiff base compounds (5 a - 5 f). The structures were identified by1 H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.
