摘要
综述了转铁蛋白受体的结构及功能,其介导铁离子的途径有两种:循环机制,溶酶体降解机制.转铁蛋白受体在肿瘤细胞和其相对应正常细胞,表达水平升高,被认为是一种有效的肿瘤标志物.总结了以转铁蛋白受体为肿瘤靶向性治疗的研究进展.最后讨论了以转铁蛋白受体为靶点的治疗,目前存在的问题及展望.
This review mainly talked about the structure of transferrin receptor and its biological function as the primary pathway for cellular iron transport. Two transport mechanisms are found:recycling pathway and degradation pathway. The development of tranferrin recepter as tumour biomaker for tumour therapy was also sunmmarized. Finally,problems and prospects of tranferrin recepter as a therapeutic traget were discussed.
