摘要
房地产项目具有既是污染源又是敏感保护目标的双向特点,本文结合项目所处区域、周边环境情况,有针对性的、客观、真实的对房地产项目主要的选址合理性、施工期间、运营期间、外环境影响等进行境影响分析、评价,并提出相应的治理措施,以有效的减少或避免环境污染纠纷。
The real estate projects have such two-way characteristics as the pollution source and the sensitive protection target. In combination with the project site and its surrounding environment conditions,the environmental impact of the real estate projects in terms of reasonable site selection,construction period,operation period and external environmental effect etc. were analyzed and evaluated objectively and truly in targeted ways,and corresponding control measures were proposed to reduce or avoid the environmental pollution disputes effectively.
