摘要
为提高淮南矿业集团环境监测业务管理水平,分析了现阶段生态实验室环境监测的管理模式,指出生态验室在经费管理、监测任务、资质认证、薪酬体系等方面存在的问题,建议优化部门联系机制并加强人才队伍建设。
To improve the management of environmental monitoring business of Huainan Mining Industry（Group） Co., Ltd., the current management mode of the ecological laboratory was analyzed. Some problems were proposed regarding the fund management, monitoring tasks, qualification certification and salary system. It was suggested to optimize the connection mechanism between departments and strengthen the talent team construction.
