摘要
中链脂肪酸（MCFA）是指合有6-12个碳原子组成碳链的脂肪酸，具有碳链短、分子较小、极性和水溶性较高等特点。因其独特的结构和代谢途径使其能够被机体快速有效地消化、吸收和利用，快速补充能量，同时还具有抑菌、调节肠道微生物茵群和促生长的作用。本文概述了中链脂肪酸的代谢特点、生物学功能及其在动物营养中的应用现状。
Medium-chain fatty acids （MCFAs） are fatty acids containing 6-12 carbon atoms. They have short carbon chains, small molecules, and high polarity and water solubility. Because of the unique structure and metabolic pathways, they could be quickly and effectively diges- ted, absorbed and utilized by the body. In addition, they also have the effect of replenishing energy, inhibiting bacteria, regulating intestinal microflora and promoting growth performance. This article reviewed the metabolic characteristics, biological functions of medium-chain fatty acids and their application status in animal nutrition.
