坚持立德树人、德法兼修 培养高素质法治人才

Insisting on the Training of Students’ Virtue,Promoting Both Virtue and Law and Cultivating High-quality Legal Talent

本文着重阐释培养“德法兼修高素质法治人才”对于我国法学教育发展的重大导向性意义．并以此为基础阐释德法兼修的具体内涵。同时结合中国政法大学的具体实践，讨论如何在法学教育实践中贯彻落实德法兼修的要求，以实现培养德法兼修高素质法治人才的育人目标。

The author of this paper comprehensively interprets the guiding significance of the development of domestic legal education with the objective of ＂promoting both virtue and law and cultivating high-quality legal talent＂. Based on the interpretation, the author further explains the connotation of ＂promoting both virtue and law＂. Combining the concrete education practices of China University of Political Science and Law, the author discusses the approaches to meet the requirements of implementing ＂promoting both virtue and law＂ in the practices of legal education
