基于培养高素质法治人才视野下的法学分层分类教育研究

Research on the Hierarchical Classification Education Mode in Legal Education from the Perspective of Cultivating High-quality Legal Talent

我国当前的法治人才培养主要着眼于法律职业人才。特别是以诉讼为中心的几类职业人才，与建设法治国家需要的多领域、多层次法治人才需求不相匹配。习近平总书记在考察中国政法大学发表重要讲话时强调。建设法治国家、法治政府、法治社会，实现科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法，都离不开一支高素质的法治工作队伍。法学教育必须在国家重大发展战略不断实施、经济社会持续发展对法治人才提出的多层次需求基础上，确定多元化的人才培养目标，并根据培养目标创新法治人才培养机制。本文立足中南财经政法大学法学教育的现状．结合创新法治人才培养的几点探索．对推进法治人才的分层分类教育进行探讨。

The current domestic legal education mainly lays emphases on the training of the legal talent from the litigation-centered perspective, which mismatches the actual needs of constructing a rule-of-law country that demands legal talents in many fields and levels. When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited China University of Political Science and Law, he stressed that the construction of a rule-of-law country, a rule-of-law govemment, a rule-of- law community and the implementation of the rule of law are impossible without a high-quality legal work force. Based on the context of the implementation of national significant developmental strategies and the continuous economic development and the multi-level needs on high-quality legal talent,legal education must adopt a diversified cultivation objective and innovate the mechanism of legal talent education. Positioning the status quo of the legal education at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and combining the exploration of innovating legal talent education, this paper discusses the hierarchical classification education mode in domestic legal education.
