坚持立德树人根本任务 培养德法兼修高素质法治人才

习近平总书记在全国哲学社会科学工作座谈会以及在中国政法大学考察时的讲话，为高校培养德法兼修高素质法治人才、构建中国特色法学体系指明了方向。西北政法大学作为扎根西北几十年、服务陕西、面向全国的高校，坚持以讲话精神为指引，全面贯彻立德树人根本任务，围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生，科学定位法治人才培养目标。改革法治人才培养的教学方式方法，构建中国特色法学学科体系，完善法治人才培养的协同机制，不断创新法治人才培养机制，深入推进法学教育改革，努力培养德才兼备、全面发展的高素质法治人才。

General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s remarks at the National Symposium on Philosophy and Social Science and his remarks during his visit to China University of Political Science and Law have clearly pointed out the direction of constructing the system of law science with Chinese characteristics. Northwest University of Political Science and Law （NWUPL） has rooted in northwest China over many decades. With the objectives of serving Shaanxi Province and facing the whole country, NWUPL insists on taking the spirit of General Secretary Xi＇s remarks as the guidance and comprehensively implements moral education as the essential task. The university takes a student-centered education mechanism, scientifically positions the cultivation objective of legal talent and reforms the teaching modes and methods of legal talent cultivation. The university also endeavors to establish a system for the discipline of law with Chinese characteristics, perfects the cooperative mechanism of the cultivation of legal talent. By those approaches,the university will continuously innovate the cultivation mechanism of legal talent, promote the reform of legal education and make every effort to cultivate the comprehensively developed high-quality legal talent with virtue and law.
