中国创建一流法学学科的实践与愿景

The Practice and Vision of Creating the World-class Discipline of Law Science in China

一流法学学科是对“双一流”的理论创新和理念升华，是以“一带一路”为契机的法学教育纵深层次改革．也是中国法学步入世界一流之列的必然途径。我们应当着眼未来，放眼世界，在明确世界一流法学学科概念，归纳具体衡量指标以及共同特征的基础之上，正视我国在世界一流法学学科创建上的实践与差距。以世界一流为标准．借“一带一路”机遇统筹推进相关体制建设，打造高端法学智库．为学科交叉、新兴学科创造有利条件，着力发展品牌学科，以期实现我国法学教育向“世界一流”的历史性跨越，为推动区域间利益冲突的解决、国际经济平衡发展乃至国际社会的可持续发展贡献一己之力。

The world-class discipline of law science, which is the theoretical innovation and concept of upgrading based on the ＂Double First Class University Plan＂ ,is not only a deep reform of the tegal education under the opportunity of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, but also the inevitable way that China＇s law science step into the team of world-class. We should focus on the future and open our eyes to the whole world. Based on the definition of the world-class discipline of law science, and the summarization of the specific measurable indicators and common characteristics, we should face practices and dilemmas in the establishment of world-class discipline of law science, take the world-class as standard indicators, coordinate and promote the related system construction. We should take the opportunity of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative ＂, forge the high-end legal think tank, and create conditions for cross-disciplines and emerging disciplines with every effort to develop brand courses. By accomplishing those objectives, we can achieve the historical leap of world-class in China＇s discipline of law science. We can also endeavor to contribute our strength for resolving inter-regional conflict of interests and to contribute the balanced development of international economy and the sustainable development of the international community.
