高校法学教育与律师教育发展的契合性研究

Research on the Integration between Legal Education at Universities and Lawyer’s Education and Development

当前。我国律师行业迎来了大变革、大发展的新时期。但是高校法学教育和律师教育共同培养律师人才的合力尚未形成，法学教育与律师基础教育、律师继续教育之间都存在较为明显的脱节现象，导致适应经济社会快速发展的高端律师人才严重不足。高校设立律师学院，将律师后备人才培养纳入高等教育体系，是高校法学教育与律师基础教育融合的有益尝试，已初显成效。高校法学教育也可以通过介入律师继续教育培训、开展律师方向学历教育、设立律师学二级学科、构建法律职业继续教育共同体等方式，积极助推律师继续教育发展和高端律师人才培养。

Currently, the legal profession in our country has entered a new period of great transformation and development. However, the composite force of legal education at domestic universities and lawyers＇ education has not yet been formed to cultivate and train lawyers together. There are obvious disconnections between legal education and lawyers＇ education including the basic education and the continuing education. As a result, the high-quality lawyers who are demanded in the rapid socio-economic development are severely understaffed. At present, some universities have set up lawyer colleges to integrate lawyer talent training into the higher education system as an effective attempt of merging higher legal education and lawyers＇ basic education, which has already achieved preliminary results. Legal education at universities could also boost the development of lawyers＇ continuing education and the cultivation of high-quality lawyer talent by participating in lawyers＇ continuing education to develop academic education for lawyers, establishing subordinate discipline for lawyers and building a continuing education community for legal profession. By implementing those methods actively, the cultivation of high-quality legal talent and the continuing education and development for lawyers can be improved.
