＂一带一路＂倡议的实施为中国卓越法律人才培养提供一个很好的契机。如何借此东风进一步推进卓越法律人才培养事业的发展是当下一个重要的课题,其中涉及对现有卓越法律人才培养模式的反思和改进。卓越法律人才培养是一个系统复杂的工程,不仅要突出中外理论知识的学习,同时也要强化实践教学,通过改进培养模式,建立完备的资料数据库,来进一步提高卓越法律人才的国际化水平,为＂一带一路＂倡议服务。

The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative provides an opportunity to facilitate the cultivation of excellent legal talent in China. It is an important and unanswered topic on how to seize the opportunity. Currently, it is necessary to review the past experience and redesign the program. The cultivation of top legal talent is a complicated and systematic project, which requires the students to not only acquire the theoretical knowledge home and abroad but also strengthen their practitioners training. It is very important to improve the training model, establish a complete data base and internationalize the excellent legal talents to serve the national initiative in the long run.
