Research on the Community of Excellent Legal Talent Training

卓越法律人才教育培养计划的重点是培养应用型、复合型法律职业人才,要实现这一目标,就需要切实解决高校法学教育在法律实践能力培养方面的不足和问题。法律实务部门是卓越法律人才的使用者,也应当是培养卓越法律人才的参与者。高校应切实开放办学,充分协调并调动实务部门主动参与法学教育,发挥其不可替代的重要作用,整合资源,建立平台,创新高校与实务部门联合培养法律人才并共享人才培养成果的协同育人模式,构建卓越法律人才培养共同体。

The emphasis of Excellent Legal Talent Education Training Program is to cultivate the applied and compound legal professional talent. To achieve this goal, we need to solve effectively the issues in current legal education that lacks of legal practice ability training. The law enforcement departments are the institutions to employ excellent legal talent and they are the participants of cultivating legal talent. Colleges and universities should open up to administer schools effectively, fully coordinate and mobilize law enforcement departments to participate in legal education to exert their functions respectively. A platform as the integration of resources should be established to innovate the collaborative education mode between law schools and law enforcement department to build up a community of excellent legal talent education.
