法学跨领域课程的教学困境与方法

摘要 "法学跨领域课程的教学"系以结合法学知识与科技领域所共同整合建构的知识与思辨能力之教学,以达到法律与科技领域的沟通目的,使其彼此学习与融合。本文盼望大学非法律系(所)毕业的学生们能一改过往对法律相关学科所持的"混过就好"的态度,甚至期盼其对法律有更多的深入认识与推论。教育不应只是思考老师如何"教",还得思考学生如何"学"的问题,唯有如此,法学跨领域的教学才是真正双向的教育。 "The teaching about the interdisciplinary curriculum of law" is based on the combination of law knowledge and science and technology in the field of knowledge and speculative ability in order to achieve the purpose of communication in the field of law and science and technology to learn and integrate with each other. This paper hopes that the students who graduate from the non-law department of the university can change the attitude of the law-related subject as a cool, simple, and even looks forward to more in-depth understanding and deduction of the law. The education should not just think about the problems that how teachers teach and have to think about how students learn. Only in this way, the teaching about the interdisciplinary curriculum of law is a true two-way education.
