A New Way of Legal Practical Teaching:The Typical Mode,Affection and Development of Construction of Fictitious Teaching Platform

传统法学实践教学运行模式存在教学资源单一分散、教学方式封闭隔离、教学过程明显滞后的弊端。随着互联网技术的发展,法学实践教学开始呈现信息化、网络化、虚拟化的多元发展趋势。在此背景下,建设虚拟教学平台成为一些高校探索法学实践教学模式创新的切入点与突破口,形成了以角色模拟实验为中心、以课程体系改革为中心、以微课程APP开发为中心的虚拟平台建设模式,显示出虚拟教学平台在整合教学资源、打破高校与社会壁垒、推动建立同步教学体系方面的积极效应。就其未来发展而言,应当强化虚拟教学平台的大数据分析功能,对学生和教师在虚拟教学平台上留下的参与信息进行记录、整合、诊断、干预,为教育管理者调整教学管理目标或者教学管理方式提供政策决策依据。

Traditional legal practical teaching systems have such flaws as single and disperse resources, closed-off teaching method and lagging behind teaching process. With the development of the Internet technology, legal practical teaching systems have shown diversified developing directions and the construction of fictitious teaching platform has been regarded as a new way to resolve the foresaid problems of legal practical teaching systems. There are three typical modes, namely the part simulation-centered mode, the course reform-centered mode, and the micro-course APP development- centered mode. The virtual teaching platform has the positive impact on integrating teaching resources, breaking down barriers between the universities and the society, and pushing forward a new synchronous practical teaching system. Nowadays the construction and administration of virtual teaching platform has just been in an initial course, so its future should been established on a sustainable tested basis and more important emphasizing application of big data. Big data analyzing technology may be used to increase the efficiency of fictitious teaching platform and improve legal practical teaching quality.
