摘要
法学教师的实践能力是指教师以法学专业知识为基础,将知识与现实情况相结合转化为有效的、改变客观现实的行动能力。调研发现当前陕西省属高校法学教师实践能力总体不强、高校及其管理部门轻视实践能力、教师评价机制不尽合理、教育经费以及教师编制不足等问题。为了尽快提升法学教师实践能力,本文提出制定体系化机制、改革教师评价方法、加强专项财政支持以及建立弹性用人机制等方面的策略。
The practical capabilities of law teachers refers to the capabilities of mastering the professional knowledge of law and combining knowledge and reality effectively, and the practice of changing the objectives It is found in the authors' investigation that the current practice of Shanxi province university law teachers is not strong, universities and their administering departments have not emphasized the practical capabilities and the teacher assessment system is not reasonable, education funding and teacher preparation and other issues. In order to improve the practical capabilities of law teachers as soon as possible, this paper puts forward some strategies such as system mechanism, reform teacher evaluation method, strengthening special financial support and establishing flexible employment mechanism
