摘要
主要研究了对外墙涂料耐沾污性能的主要影响因素,同时制备了由无机硅溶胶与丙烯酸酯单体的复合制成的具有优异耐沾污的外墙涂料用有机无机复合聚合物乳液,且贮存稳定,可实现大生产化。实验结果表明:随着无机硅溶胶在聚合物乳液中用量的提升,耐沾污性能呈逐渐变好的趋势,且在无机硅溶胶占乳液固含量的12%时,在乳液聚合过程预乳化液阶段加入后耐沾污性能以及其他性能达到最佳,当超过12%以后,贮存出现不稳定的情况。
This paper mainly studies the main factors affecting the performance of stain-resistant exterior wall coatings. Highly stain-resistant organic-inorganic composite polymer emulsion for exterior wall coatings is prepared with the composite of inorganic silica sol and acrylate monomer, and storage stability and mass production can be realized. The experiment results show that as inorganic silica sol in polymer emulsion increases, stain-resistant performance gradually gets better. When inorganic silica sol accounts for 12% of the solid content of emulsion, if it is added in the per-emulsion stage in the emulsion polymerization process, the stain-resistant performance and other properties are the best. When it accounts for more than 12%, storage becomes unstable.
