摘要
笔者以天津市20世纪80至90年代的老旧住区为研究对象,通过走访调研、实地测量等方法,对其现状问题进行分析总结;并针对自然通风、室内采光及围护结构保温等较为突出的问题开展研究.文中提出了相应技术解决方案并使用数值模拟手段对方案进行了验证.研究结果表明:利用合理有效手段可使此类住区的室内物理环境有较大幅度的提升.
According to the investigation and measurement of the old residential of Tianjin in the 1980s and 1990s, the aim of this paper is to analyze the existing issues of the residential, research renovation technology of ventilation, indoor lighting and insulation structure of exterior wall. In this paper, it reveals corresponding technical solutions to it and proves it by numerical simulations. The research results show that the indoor physical environment can be improved by many reasonable and effective methods.
