摘要 由芥子甙降解的含硫化合物经浸出工艺过程大量进入溶剂中。溶剂经循环使用6个月后其硫的浓度高达1400ppm,其主要成分已变为二硫化碳36%、单质硫29.5%和异硫氰酸酯及其分解物27.23%。使用高浓度含硫溶剂浸出的毛油含硫量亦可高迄700ppm以上。吸附剂可有效地脱除溶剂中的硫及硫化物,如活性白土可将溶剂含硫量从10.65ppm降止1.83ppm,CuX分子筛则可以从10.65ppm降止0.43ppm。 Sulfur hearing compounds degraded by glucoside sinigriu entered into solvent abundantly through extraction. The concentration of sulfur in solvent reached up to 1140ppm after cycle using for six monthes, and its major compositions have changed into carbon disulfide(36%), monomolecular sulfur (29.5%), iso-cyanate acid and decomposition products(27.53%), The content of sulfr in crude oil, extracted by the solvent, high in concentation of sulfur, can reached up to 700ppm. Adsorbent can effectively remove sulfur and sulfide from solvent, such as activated clay which can reduce the content of sulfur in solvent to l.83ppm from 10.65ppm. And CuX molecular sieve also can reduce it from 10.65ppm to 0.43ppm.
