地铁运营网络化管理模式研究及实践

随着经济的快速发展，信息化技术普及深入，近两年来，我国大部分城市在城市轨道交通中，率先应用网络技术，在以往单线运营的基础之上，开始转变为网络化运营管理模式，这在某种程度上，使轨道交通运营管理的安全性、高效性得到了显著提升，但在具体实践期间，仍然存在着诸多的问题。本文就地铁网络化运营管理内容，探讨了地铁网络运营管理特点，对其中潜在的问题进行了详细分析，针对性提出了几点对策，以供参考。

With the rapid development of economy, the popularity of information technology is in depth. For the past two years, most of China＇s city rail transport in the city, the first application of network technology, based on the previous single line operation, began to change operation management mode for the network, which to some extent, the safety and efficiency of rail transit operation management has been significantly improved.But in practice, there are still many problems.
