摘要
在当前形势下,高校实验室的建设和管理显得非常重要。介绍了广东工业大学实施以问题为导向、多专业融合、开放式创新、全天候开放实验室、建立创新空间、加强创新能力的人才培养体系。在管理上实行绩效工资模式、变革实验队伍管理机制、关注市场需求,效果明显。
It points out that in the current situation, the construction of laboratory environment is very important. This paper introduced a personnel training system of the Guangdong University of Technology that implemented a problemoriented, multi-disciplinary integration, open innovation, opening of laboratories around the clock, establishing an innovation space, and strengthening innovation capability. Implementation of performance in the management of salary model, change the experimental team management mechanism, concerned about the market demand, the effect is obvious.
