摘要
基于项目教学法的理念,结合电动机实验教学过程中的常见问题,研制了一款大功率电动机实验台的检测与保护系统。以单片机STM32为主控单元,结合ADE7758交流信号采集、直流霍尔传感、实验选择、保护及报警等功能模块,实现实验教学过程中大功率电动机运行状态的实时监测,精确快速电子式保护与传统机械式保护相结合,设置短路实验主动保护功能、面向多对象的针对性保护功能、多路电源单开关控制功能等。测试结果表明,系统实用性强、稳定性好、安全性高,可满足实验教学的需求。
Based on the concept of project teaching method and combined with some common problems in the teaching process, a test and protection system for high power motor experiments is developed. The main control unit of this system is MCU STM32. Some function models including AC signal acquisition model based on ADE7758, DC Holzer sensing model, experiment selection model, protection and alarm module are designed. The system achieves real-time monitoring of motor running state during experiment teaching process, fast and accurate electronic protection combined with traditional mechanical protection, active protection for short-circuit experiment, targeted protection for multiple objects, and single switch control. The test results show that the system is practical, stable and safe, and can meet the demand of experiment teaching.
