总结了大学生创新教育模式的现状,并分析了其中的问题。提出了一种基于TRIZ理论指导的大学生创新教学模式。该模式以TRIZ创新方法为指导,以国家级物理实验示范中心为平台,以航空特色项目为导引,培养大学生创新精神、创业能力。实现"平台"为支撑,"方法"为智库,"项目"为引导,在实践中提高的三位一体人才培养模式。经过多年实践教学表明,在这种模式培养下学生创新能力有显著提高,培养的学生在参加国际、国内重点科技创新竞赛中多次获得各种优异奖项。

This paper summarizes the current situation of the innovation education model and analyzes the existed problems. We put forward a new teaching model based on the TRIZ theory. This model takes TRIZ theory as the guide, takes the national physics experiment teaching center as the platform, and takes the aviation project as the proposal, in order to foster the university students＇innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability. Using the ＂ platform＂ as a support, method＂ as the thought tank, ＂ project＂ as the guide, we tried to improve abilities of the college students. After many years of practice teaching, the students cultivated by this mode significantly improve the ability of innovation.
