摘要
学科竞赛是创新型人才培养的重要途径。从实行学校企业双导师制,构建大学生科研团队,加强信息对抗技术实验室建设,以赛代练、提高学生实践能力,加强校企合作5个方面介绍了学校在信息对抗技术学科竞赛平台构建上所做的探索和取得的成效。实践证明,基于学科竞赛平台的信息对抗技术专业人才培养模式能够达到"以赛促学"的教学目的,是信息安全人才培养的可行之路。
The discipline competition is an important way to cultivate innovative talents. The exploration and effect of building information countermeasure technology subject competition platform are introduced from five aspects. They are implementing of the joint guidance of the school and enterprises, construction of college student scientific research team, strengthening the construction of information c, ountermeasure technology laboratory, improving students' practical ability by means of competition instead of training, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises. It has been proved that the personnel training mode of the information countermeasure technology based on the discipline competition platform can achieve the purpose of " promoting learning by competition", and it is a feasible way to train information security talents.
