摘要 以Nova Nano 450扫描电镜为研究对象,采用Virtools平台构建了三维场景式、高沉浸感、交互性强、网络化的三维网络扫描电镜虚拟实验室。基于真实扫描电镜多种样品的不同放大效果,使用VSL编程语言与编译交互脚本BB模块,给出了解决虚拟实验操作过程中的三维物体的深度交互、动态加载样品、实时跟踪评价及数据记录等技术问题的方法,并重点讨论了工作站中视野移动、多级放大、结果保存等交互的实现。 Choosing the NovaNano 450 SEM (scanning electron microscope)as the research object, this paper buih a 3D scene network SEM virtual laboratory with strong immersion and interaction, by using Virtools. Based on the properties of real SEM for multiple samples and amplifications, VSL language and interactive scripting of the building blocks were used to work out some technical problems, such as deep interaction of 3D objects, dynamically loading samples, realtime tracking and evaluation, data records. In addition, these realization processes of view moved, multi-stage amplification, image saved in workstation were discussed detailly.
