云视域下的高校实验室安全体系构建

The Construction of the Safety System of University Laboratory from the Cloud Vision

实验室安全不仅是实验室管理工作的基础更是实验室研究的重点项目。在分析高校实验室安全管理工作研究现状的基础上,讨论了现有研究存在的问题和局限。结合信息技术的发展特别是云计算和大数据的发展,提出了云概念对实验室安全体系构建在思维方式上的改变以及优势。结合温州大学实验室安全体系构建,以及各种信息化子平台的建设和云管理平台整合过程中的思考,提出了云视域下高校实验室安全体系构建新的模型,并对模型各要素功能结构进行了解读,试图为高校实验室安全体系构建提出一个新的发展思路。

Laboratory safety is not only a foundation of laboratory management, but also a key project of laboratory research. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of laboratory safety management in universities, the research discussed the existing problems and limitations. Combined with the development of information technology, especially the development of cloud computing and big data, the research proposed the changes in thinking patterns of the construction of the safety system in university laboratory and its advantage under the effect of cloud concept. After consideration of the process of integrating the construction of various information platform with cloud management platform, meanwhile combined with the laboratory safety system construction in Wenzhou University, the research put forward a new model of university laboratory safety system from the perspective of the cloud system and interpreted all elements function, attempted to offer a new development idea for the construction of laboratory safety system in universities.
