电场强度对污水厂剩余污泥电渗深度脱水的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以机械脱水后的剩余污泥为对象,研究电场强度对污泥电渗脱水的影响。试验表明,电渗脱水过程的前30min内污泥含水率下降迅速,可完成90%的脱水量,之后脱水速率则变得非常缓慢。Matlab拟合结果表明,整个过程中含水率随时间的变化曲线与二维高斯函数高度吻合(R^2>0.99)。泥饼两端的电场强度越大,电渗脱水效果越好,耗电量越大,阳极腐蚀量越小。
