摘要
本设计研究提供一种矿井提升机恒减速安全制动系统及制动方法,从而实现紧急制动时,使制动减速度不随负荷、工况变化而变化,始终按预先设定的速度值进行制动,提高矿井提升机制动的平稳性和安全性,从而实现本质安全。
This study provides a constant deceleration braking system for mine hoists to achieve emergen- cy braking. The braking deceleration does not change with load and operating conditions, and is always at pre-set speed to improve the smoothness and safety of the mine hoist brakes which is essentially safe.
