回转窑筒体段节焊后整体退火工艺研制

摘要 回转窑筒体由钢板卷制焊接制成,为提高回转窑筒体加工制造质量,采用筒体段节焊接后整体进炉退火工艺代替传统履带加热片局部加热退火工艺。通过制定合理的整体进炉退火工艺、使用国内先进的热处理设备、采取有效的防变形措施、增加退火后喷砂工序,回转窑段节焊接后整体退火效果良好,变形量也满足后续加工要求。回转窑产品质量达到了图纸及技术协议要求,提高了产品使用寿命。 The barrel of rotary kiln is welded by rolled steel plates. To improve the quality of rotary kiln barrel manufacturing, we use annealing furnace to make the whole section of barrel annealing after weld- ing instead of conventional pedrail-type heater process. The annealing result shows more effectively through effective annealing process development, advanced domestic annealing equipment, effective anti- deformation measurements, and adding abrasive blasting process after annealing. Deformation results after annealing process can meet the manufacturing requirements. The rotary kiln product quality can meet both drawings and technical requirement, and the service life is improved through the annealing process being applied.
