文章简述了起重机及发展过程。区别于普通桥式起重机,对电动单梁起重机的一般结构进行了介绍,并阐述了其适用场合及优点。从使用范围和工作环境方面,文章分析了电动单梁起重机设计及配套件选型需要关注的重点。针对电动单梁起重机的关键承载结构件进行了详细计算,并对起重机运行系统进行了选型计算,对通用桥式起重机的设计计算具有一定的指导意义。
The paper briefly introduces the crane and its development process. Different from the ordinary bridge crane, the general structure of the electric single beam crane is introduced, and its applicable situ- ation and advantages are expounded. From the application scope and working environment, the paper an- alyzes the focus of the design and matching parts selection of the electric single beam crane. The key bearing structure of the electric single girder crane is calculated in detail, and the crane running system is selected and calculated. It has certain guiding significance for the design and calculation of general bridge crane.
