摘要
首先介绍多功能机组及其打壳机构的结构和原理并初步分析断裂直接原因;其次采用ANSYS Workbench对打壳机构固定机架进行静力学和疲劳分析,对打壳机构打击头进行模态分析和疲劳分析;再次从静力学、疲劳和模态分析初步判断固定机架断裂的原因,最后根据分析结果对打壳机构的结构提出合理化改进建议。
The paper firstly introduces the structure and principle of the pot tending machine, the break- ing shell mechanism and the direct cause of the fracture. Secondly, ANSYS Workbench is used to ana- lyze the static and fatigue of the fixed frame of the breaking shelling mechanism, and the modal analysis and fatigue analysis are performed on the head of the breaking shelling mechanism. Thirdly, from the statics, fatigue and modal analysis, we preliminarily determine the cause of the fracture of the fixed rack. Finally, based on the analysis results, we propose reasonable improvement proposals for the shell struc- ture.
