海坤失眠治疗仪配合心理疏导治疗卒中后失眠疗效观察

Effect of post-stroke insomnia patients on haikun sleep disorder therapeutic apparatus combined with psychological intervention

目的观察海坤失眠治疗仪联合心理疏导治疗卒中后失眠的效果。方法 110例纳入患者随机分为两组,常规中西医对症基础治疗,对照组54例采用海坤失眠治疗仪治疗,观察组56例再联合心理疏导干预,每日1次,每周6次,连续治疗2周。结果观察组总有效54例(96.43%),对照组总有效47例(87.04%)。两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论海坤失眠治疗仪联合心理疏导治疗卒中后失眠效果肯定,提示心理干预有良好的改善睡眠作用。

Objective To observe effect of insomnia patients after stroke on Haikun sleep disorder therapeutic apparatus combined with psychological counseling. Methods 110 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups,conventional suit the basis of Chinese and western medicine treatment,54 patients of the control group were treated with Haikun sleep disorder therapeutic apparatus treatment,while 56 patients of observation group were combined with psychological counseling intervention,one times every day,six times each week,for two weeks treatment. Results Total effective number of patients were 54 cases（ 96. 43% ） in the observation group,and total effective number of patients were 47 cases（ 87. 04% ） in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Effect of post-stroke insomnia treatment with Haikun sleep disorder therapeutic apparatus and psychological counseling is positive. Psychological intervention can improve the sleep function.
