康复治疗学专业神经康复方向本科生“双导师制”培养体系建设初探

Study on the construction of ＂Dual tutorial system＂ for undergraduates of neurologic rehabilitation therapeutics

为了促进康复治疗和康复教育向纵深发展，北京康复医院探索实现“康复融入医疗过程，医疗体现康复特色”的发展模式，提出了建立康复治疗学专业神经康复方向的本科生“双导师制”培养体系。现对该培养体系建立的具体内容进行介绍，以期为培养高素质的应用型康复人才提供参考。

In order to promote the further development of rehabilitation education, Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital explores the development model of ＂rehabilitation integrate into the medical treatment, medical treatment embodies rehabilitation features＂, putting forward the development of ＂Dual tutorial system＂ education system for undergraduates of neurologic rehabilitation therapeutics. This paper introduces the specific content of the cultivation system, so as to provide reference for cultivating high quality applied rehabilitation specialists.
