摘要
目的建立测定复方化学消毒剂中西吡氯铵的高效液相色谱方法。方法样品经流动相提取,以甲醇和0.05 mol/L乙酸铵(pH 5.0)为流动相等度洗脱,氰基色谱柱分离,检测波长为259 nm,外标法定量。结果在2.5~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),两种不同基质中分别添加10、30和60 mg/L,回收率范围90.3%~107.2%,相对标准偏差均<5%,方法检出限为1.0 mg/L,定量限为2.5 mg/L。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,适合于复方化学消毒剂中西吡氯铵的定量分析。
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of cetylpyridinium chloride in the compound chemical disinfectant by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods The samples were extracted with the mobile phase,and were separated on a cyano column. Then they were detected at 259 nm using a mobile phase of methanol and 0. 05 mol/L ammonium acetate( pH 5. 0) under isocratic elution. The external standard calibration was used for quantification. Results A good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration in the range of 2. 5-100 mg/L with correlation coefficient r of 0. 999 9 was obtained. The recoveries at three spiked levels( 10,30 and 60 mg/L) in two matrix were in the ranges of 90. 3% -107. 2% with the relative standard deviations of less than 5% . The limit of detection was 1. 0 mg/L and the limit of quantitation was 2. 5 mg/L. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of cetylpyridinium chloride in the compound chemical disinfectant.
