一种长效消毒剂用于高频接触物体表面消毒效果观察

Observation on the efficacy of a kind of long-effect disinfectant in the disinfection of high frequently contacted surfaces

目的观察一种长效消毒剂对急诊科抢救区物体表面的消毒效果。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,观察长效消毒剂对急诊科抢救区高频接触物体消毒效果的持续时间,并和医院常用的含氯消毒剂做效果对比。结果长效消毒剂和含氯消毒剂两组物体表面在消毒前的菌落数差异无显著意义(P>0.05);使用长效消毒剂消毒后和使用含氯消毒剂消毒后分别与各自消毒前的菌落数比较有显著差异(P<0.01);长效消毒剂在消毒后不同时间点的采样结果与含氯消毒剂消毒2 h后比较,其菌落数差异大多有显著意义(P<0.05)。通过使用长效消毒剂对急诊科抢救区的物体表面一次消毒后,其消毒时效可以持续长达两个月,物体表面菌落数均≤5 cfu/cm^2,且无致病菌检出。结论长效消毒剂消毒效果持续时间优于含氯消毒剂,长效消毒剂对物体表面的消毒效果显著且可持续2个月之久,无刺激性气味,对人体无毒副作用,且使用过程比较简单,直接喷涂即可。在降低成本、节约资源、保护环境等方面作用突出,是一种值得推广应用的物体表面消毒试剂。

Objective To observe the efficacy of a kind of disinfectant on the objects surface in the resuscitation room.Methods Observing the duration of disinfection effect of this disinfectant on the high-frequency contacted objects in the emergency department and comparing the effect with the chlorine-containing disinfectant commonly used in the hospital.Results There was no significant difference in the number of colonies between the two groups before disinfection（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in the number of colonies before and after disinfection in both groups respectively（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with the control group,which was sampled 2 hours after disinfection,most of the numbers of colonies sampled at different time points after disinfection in the experimental group were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. The experimental group was superior to the control group. The disinfection effects of the long-effect disinfectant on the surface of the objects of the resuscitation room might last up to two months after disinfection just once,with the total number of surface bacteria ≤ 5 cfu/cm2,and no disease bacteria were detected. Conclusion The effect of the long-effcet disinfectant on the surface of the objects is obvious and is sustainable for two months,which has no smell,no toxic side effect to human body. In addition,the using process is relatively simple-spraying directly. Considering the benefits of the following aspects-reducing cost,saving resources,protecting the environment,etc.,this new kind of surface disinfection is worthy of popularization and application of the reagent.
