关节腔内注射富血小板血浆治疗踝关节损伤临床观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Intra-Articular Injection with Platelet-Rich Plasma for Ankle Injury

摘要 目的:观察富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗踝关节损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取69例踝关节损伤患者,随机分为2组,最终纳入统计对照组32例及观察组33例。2组均日常口服依托考昔片,对照组予踝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,观察组给予踝关节腔内注射PRP。比较2组治疗前及治疗后3、6、12月的Baird-Jackson踝关节评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS),评定踝关节功能及临床疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:2组治疗后3、6、12月后Baird-Jackson踝关节评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后3、6月评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后12月评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后3、6、12月VAS评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后3、6、12月VAS评分分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非手术治疗踝关节损伤患者时,PRP能显著改善患者踝关节功能,提高患者治疗疗效,减轻患者疼痛。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) for ankle injury. Methods:Selected 69 cases of patients with ankle injury,and divided them into two groups randomly,32 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group. Both groups were given etoricoxib tablets orally daily for treatment. The control group was additionally given intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate, while the observation group was given intra-articular injection with PRP. Compared Baird-Jackson ankle joint score and visual analogue scale(VAS) in the two groups before treatment and on the third,sixth and twelfth month after treatment. Evaluated ankle joint function and the clinical effect and observed the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results:Compared the Baird-Jackson ankle joint score on the third,sixth and twelfth month after treatment in the two groups with those before treatment respectively,differences were significant(P〈0.05). The comparisons of the Baird-Jackson ankle joint score on the third and sixth month after treatment between the two groups showed significance in differences(P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in the comparison of the Baird-Jackson ankle joint score on the twelfth month after treatment between the two groups(P〈0.05). Compared the VAS on the third,sixth and twelfth month after treatment in the two groups with those before treatment respectively,differences were significant(P〈0.05). The comparisons of VAS on the third,sixth and twelfth month after treatment between the two groups showed significance in differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion:PRP can effectively improve ankle function,improve the curative effect and relieve pain of patients with ankle injury when they do not receive operation.
