In order to improve law enforcement quality and credibility of traffic police and regulate their behaviour in activities, Guiyang Traffic Management Bureau, based on the advantages of big data industry, has established ＂data cages＂ from two aspects： personal integrity files and business constraint modules, which has made great development in the standardization of law enforcement of traffic police and provided new ideas, means and excellent samples for them.
