Supported by the subject research from The method of criminal intelligence investigation under the background of police big data, taking the Serial killings in Baiyin as an example, this paper analyzes the shortage of current criminal intelligence investigation methods and explores new relevant approaches, with an aim to further develop the effectiveness of intelligence conversion.
